Zero Downtime, Maximum Resilience: Powering 24/7 Customer Experience with Reliable Backup Solutions
A major customer experience and business services provider in Suriname operates 24/7 and relies heavily on uninterrupted power to maintain its operations and service-level commitments. During a critical overnight mains power failure, the client faced a severe risk when their backup generator failed to start, threatening to disrupt global support services. Fortunately, the AdPoS UPS system seamlessly took over, providing extended backup power for over 45 minutes—far exceeding standard buffer times—ensuring continuous operations and system stability.

The AMPS service and support team was immediately dispatched, arriving on-site without delay to diagnose and resolve the generator failure. Thanks to this swift intervention, the client experienced zero service interruptions, as the UPS bridged the gap until full power was restored. Beyond the immediate resolution, we also proposed proactive measures to enhance the client’s power resilience, including the implementation of an online monitoring system for the generators. This upgrade would enable real-time status tracking and early failure detection, preventing similar incidents in the future.
